Because of the nature of our bath and body products, and the inability to resell, we do not accept returns. We ask that you be sure of your purchase before completing your order.
We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has shipped. A store credit may be offered, but at our discretion based on the nature of the situation

If you received incorrect or damaged products, save all contents in its unopened and unused packing material and contact us within 3 business days.
Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
