- Orders $65 or more ships free via USPS Priority Mail
- Orders less than $65 will be subject to carrier shipping rates and transit times
- Orders are processed Mon- Fri (9am- 5pm)
- Orders are ready to ship in 1-3 business days
- Orders placed during holidays please allow 7 business days for orders to be fulfilled
- Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available on the carrier's website

REFUNDS
- Because of the nature of our bath and body products, and the inability to resell, we do not accept returns. We ask that you be sure of your purchase before completing your order.
- We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has shipped. A store credit may be offered, but at our discretion based on the nature of the situation
INCORRECT/DAMAGED GOODS
- If you received incorrect or damaged products, save all contents in its unopened and unused packing material and contact us within 3 business days.
- Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
